What is the Turing Test?
Designed by Alan Turing in 1950, the original test evaluated whether a machine could exhibit intelligent behavior indistinguishable from a human. We have adapted this concept for the AI-First enterprise era to test leadership and management.
How it works:
- You will be presented with 10 complex management scenarios (e.g., budget cuts, toxic clients, employee burnout).
- For each scenario, we asked a veteran human executive and an autonomous AI agent to provide their ideal response.
- Read both blind responses, vote for the approach you believe is best for the business, and see if you unwittingly prefer the machine!
